Job Title: Marketing Consultant- Advertising and Marketing Associate Professionals

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitor activities within the health tourism sector.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to target international patients seeking medical treatments in the UK.
- Create and tailor marketing strategies to appeal to key customer segments (e.g., specific treatments, regions).
- Build and strengthen the company’s brand to convey trust, professionalism, and high-quality healthcare services.
- Oversee the company’s online presence, ensuring visibility across all platforms, including the website and social media.
- Create engaging content such as blogs, videos, and testimonials to build trust with prospective clients.
- Run targeted advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media) and manage email campaigns to nurture leads and promote services.
- Collaborate with travel agencies, hotels, and airlines to develop all-inclusive packages for international patients.
- Implement CRM tools to manage patient inquiries and ensure smooth communication.
- Analyze marketing performance using metrics such as website traffic and lead conversions to refine strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitors to adjust marketing efforts accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare advertising laws, GDPR regulations, and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Represent the company at health tourism conferences to build brand awareness and network with international partners.
- Build relationships with London-based healthcare providers to offer integrated services for patients.
Skills & Experience:
- Fluent in Turkish and English, with strong communication skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies focused on health tourism.
- Expertise in market research, online marketing (social media, SEO, Google Ads), and email campaigns.
- Ability to create engaging, informative content for health tourism services.
- Proficient in using CRM tools to manage leads and build client relationships.
- Strong skills in data analysis and adjusting marketing strategies based on performance metrics.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare marketing regulations and GDPR compliance.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on performance marketing and lead generation.
- Previous experience in healthcare, medical tourism, or tourism marketing is required.
- Experience managing partnerships with international travel agencies, hotels, or healthcare providers is highly desirable.
- A degree in marketing, business administration, healthcare management, or a related field is required.
- Certifications in digital marketing, content marketing, or healthcare marketing are advantageous.
- A master’s degree in marketing or healthcare management would be beneficial but not essential.
